This section provides information on the processing of personal data of users who consult the website https://astrolize.com (hereinafter: "Site") or who use the services made available on it, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian legislation (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended).

This notice is provided exclusively for the Site and not for other websites the user may visit through links within it.

A - Types of Data Processed

I. Identifying Data

Consulting the Site may involve the processing of data suitable for directly or indirectly identifying a natural person, such as: name, surname, email address, telephone number, company and role, IP address.

The Site does not require the data subject to provide so-called "special" data under art. 9 GDPR (racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, data concerning health or a person's sex life or sexual orientation).

II. Navigation Data

Data automatically acquired by the systems that operate the Site, necessary for the use of web services (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, referring page). The Site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, which processes such data on behalf of the Controller as a data processor.

Such data is used in aggregate, anonymous form for statistics on Site usage and to verify its correct functioning; it does not allow identification of users. It may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the Site.

III. Data Voluntarily Provided

Data voluntarily provided through the contact form or by writing to the indicated addresses (name, email, phone, company, role, message) is used solely to respond to requests and to comply with legal obligations. Form emails are delivered to the Controller via the sending provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS).

IV. Aggregate Measurement Data

The Site does not currently use any statistical analysis or aggregate page usage measurement tool. Should one be introduced, this notice will be updated before it is activated. Details in the Cookie Policy.

B - Purpose of Processing

Personal data collected is used to:

  • respond to requests sent via the form or by email
  • obtain anonymous, aggregate statistics on Site usage
  • verify the correct functioning of the Site
  • ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the Site
  • comply with any other legal obligation

Data is not disseminated. It may be processed by the providers named in this notice (the hosting provider Microsoft Azure and the email sending provider Brevo), appointed as data processors and bound to the purposes described here. Beyond these, data is disclosed to third parties only upon request of the Judicial Authority in accordance with the law.

C - Legal Basis for Processing

I. Data Subject Consent

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages via the form or to the indicated addresses entails the acquisition of the sender's data, processed on the basis of consent to respond to requests.

II. Legitimate Interest

The aggregate use of navigation data and Site security are based on the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the correct functioning and protection of the Site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

III. Legal Obligations

Processing may take place without consent where the Controller must fulfill a legal obligation.

D - Methods and Duration of Processing

Data is processed using computer tools, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the described purposes, or until an explicit request from the data subject, within the limits set by law. The Controller adopts adequate security measures to prevent loss, alteration, and unlawful use of data.

Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access to personal data
  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability
  • objection to processing
  • withdrawal of consent at any time
  • lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
